The electrode chamber housing must be properly grounded.
Prior to operation, verify the functionality of safety interlock devices and ensure the signal alarm operates correctly.
Both ends of the test electrode should be grounded to provide adequate protection.
Safety interlock systems must automatically disconnect high-voltage power when the test electrode chamber is opened.
Ensure the conductive core or shielding of the cable under test is reliably grounded. Reset the system promptly in the event of breakdown.
Operations should be initiated only when the output voltage is zero. After securely closing the electrode chamber, gradually raise the test voltage to the rated value.
